Ranging from 6 to 10 minutes in length, the warm-up for each workout is designed to get you ready for the main event. It’s also when we introduce you to the storyline and the characters that will keep you engaged and crushing every interval.
The crux of the workout. This is where the true Suffering begins; each workout has been carefully crafted to deliver maximum gains. Suffer, recover, repeat.
Each video features a 3 to 4 minute cool down segment to help flush out that lactic acid and give you time to reflect on your badass performance.
