The Garmin Dirty Kanza is one of the most brutal tests of endurance and mental fortitude this side of Sufferlandrian Knighthood. 200 miles over the unforgiving gravel and endless rollers of the Flint Hills of Kansas. It is the premiere gravel event of the year, where mettle is tested and legends are made.
As the original endurance gravel event, the Dirty Kanza is also hugely popular. This year's edition sold out in a matter of hours. Luckily, we know people who know people.
The Sufferfest is proud to be the Official Training Partner of the 2019 Dirty Kanza. That means we have two coveted race entries available. But to get one, you have to work for it.
JOIN THE DIRTY KANZA CHALLENGE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN FREE ENTRY TO THE RACE!
We're giving one female and one male Sufferlandrian the chance to represent the Nation and race the 100-mile or 200-mile course at the Dirty Kanza on June 1, 2019.
Here's how it works:
- Complete the 6 Sufferfest activities in the lineup below to spell out D.I.R.T.Y.K. between now and April 9. Do them in any order you like, stack two on the same day (ISLAGIATT and Kitchen Sink double-header, anyone?), just get them done. We don't set any kind of performance benchmark but do ask you to Suffer to the best of your ability.
- One male and one female winner will be chosen at random on April 10 from among those who completed the activities within the time window.
- Winners will receive a code good for one race entry. The code must be redeemed before April 15, 2019.
- Get ready to bring your A-game. The Dirty Kanza takes no prisoners.
