THE TOUR OF SUFFERLANDRIA
Since Sufferlandria is so Badass, our National Day is not just one day, but an entire weekend. And so, for two days every July, the great disapora of Sufferlandrians around the world celebrate our Nation. How? By Suffering, of course. In 2014, the sympathetic folks at Strava, did what the United Nations has not (yet) and recognized our Nation by creating a Sufferlandrian National Day challenge. More than 29,000 Sufferlandrians took part and the MISERY was glorious.
SUFFERLANDRIAN NATIONAL DAY
Every year, the elite cyclists of the world, and a few not-so-elite, gather for the Greatest Grand Tour of a Mythical Country in the Whole Wide World. Running for 9 days, the 2015 edition will be from 24 January to 1 February and you can join from the relative discomfort of your own home. Always featuring a brutal line up of stages designed by Race Director Grunter von Agony, you can be assured that you’ll be hit with everything The Sufferfest can throw at you.
In 2014, more than 4,000 participants raised $USD 65,000 for our partners at the Davis Phinney Foundation.
