Here's how it works:

    1. Download The Sufferfest™ for iOS, macOS or Windows.

    2. Create your account to start your 7-day free trial.

    3. Use promo code SUFRLCHAP30 when you add a subscription to get a month of The Sufferfest™ FREE (Note: you will have to add payment information for the code to activate but you won't be charged).

    4. Create your FREE TrainingPeaks account so you can access the RideLondon 100 Training Plan.

    5. Choose your plan on TrainingPeaks and click 'Buy'. Don't worry, the training plan is completely FREE. 

    6. Login to your TrainingPeaks account and click on 'Calendar'

    7. Click on the 'Training Plan Library' icon to the left. 

  1. 8. Click on the plan title you want to apply and select the date you want to start. Voila! All of the activities will populate into your calendar. 



    9. Connect your TrainingPeaks account to The Sufferfest™ app. When you complete an activity in the app and share it to TrainingPeaks, you'll see the activity in your TrainingPeaks calendar.
