TRAINING CAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations with The Sufferfest National Team Camp are subject to the following conditions:
To reserve a spot on our National Team Camp, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required. A reservation will not be considered final until this deposit is received.
The balance of payment is due by March 15 2017. If full payment is not made by then, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and the deposit will not be refunded.
If for some reason you have to cancel your reservation, you need to tell us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but the following applies to balance payments:
- Cancellations received before 1st April 2017: 70% refund
- Cancellations received after 1st April 2017: 50% refund
- Cancellations received after 1st June 2017: No refund
Camp Alterations & Cancellation
The Sufferfest reserves the right to make changes to the programme, staff, accommodation or any other aspects of the camp which become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or which we feel will improve the camp overall. If such changes do occur, we will let participants know as soon as possible.
The Sufferfest reserves the right to cancel the camp at any time in which case all payments including the deposit will be refunded. This will constitute full settlement.
Participants must have full insurance covering travel, medical, accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation (you must ensure that your insurance covers you for sporting activities, including cycling). Arriving at the camp without proof of insurance will result in immediate cancellation of the participant’s spot on the camp without any refund of fees. The Sufferfest is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
You have to wear a helmet whenever you are riding a bike on our camp. No exceptions.
Participants must make their own way to and from Aigle (we’ll provide details on how to get there – it’s easy!) and cover their own costs for that travel.
