BUILD THE FOUR HABITS OF THE MENTALLY TOUGH
We worked with leading sports psychologists and the coaches at APEX Coaching to create this practical, no-nonsense mental toughness programme for cyclists and endurance athletes. We took the proven techniques used by elite athletes to strengthen their mental game and made them accessible and easy to implement. The programme takes 9 weeks to complete, with an additional week of modules and exercises designed to prepare you for an event.
The 20 audio modules can be streamed through the app or downloaded so you can listen offline. Some include exercises that you’ll complete in the companion workbook you can download from the training plans section of the app. Others may be specific visualization or relaxation routines. All of them will teach you simple, effective techniques to build the Four Habits of the Mentally Strong:
Knowing where you want to be is the first step. Setting concrete, actionable goals will help keep you motivated and on track, whether you’re eyeing the top step of the podium or the top of the local climb.
Thoughts matter. Staying focused on the positive will help you overcome obstacles and keep moving forward, no matter what life throws at you.

Stay on track by looking back. By reviewing your performance you’ll be able to refine your approach, maximise your Return on Suffering, and get to where you want to be even faster.
