The Ultimate Winter Training Plan

These plans will of course get you primed and ready for the Tour, but they're much more than that. While your riding buddies waste their time doing long, slow rides, you'll be targeting the area of your fitness that needs the most improvement while getting just the right amount of intensity to come out of winter a chamois-dancing, card-carrying BADASS.

All plans include yoga and mental toughness sessions with the option to add Strength Training. The coaches at APEX have designed Strength Training for Cyclists progressions specifically to integrate with the Tour plans (and the brutal toll the Tour will inevitably take on your body and soul).

For Final Surge users, make sure you set the start date of your ToS prep plan to November 19 and the start date of your ToS Strength Training progression to November 20.
