You just started your 14-day free trial. Where do you start?
First things first. You'll want to make sure you know your way around and have your devices like heart rate monitors, power meters, smart trainers, or cadence/speed sensors connected. These articles from our Help Centre will walk you through step by step:

- Join all the other Sufferlandrians and interact directly with our coaches in our SUForum. They're a great group of people that are as supportive and helpful as they are fast.
