New Sufferfest video - There is no Try - Oct 23

Since unleashing the metronomic misery of The Long Scream early this year, the Minions have toiled away. Their objective was to release the first cycling training video based on officially licensed footage from the world's greatest race: The Tour de France.

Soon. On October 23rd, their Masterpiece will be released: There is No Try. Featuring several stages, and the stars, of the historic 2012 Tour de France.

A 60 minute video, it comes in three parts: A set of four accelerating intervals, from 1:00 to 4:00 in which speed increases over the course of the interval. Then an 8minute time trial, with speed increasing in steps. And then, the third part: yet another set of four accelerating intervals. You'll feel ok in the first set, not too bad in the TT and might even think you're going to finish, and then the third and final set will take that notion, chop it to bits, throw it in the fire, take the ashes and hammer them into atoms, and then blow it away.

We're sure you'll hate it.
